Just reserved a Ready Steady Cook SM982 (cat no 902/0122) stand mixer from Argos for £49.99, it has a 550w motor and all usual attachments plus a splatter guard. Will pick it up tomorrow so will see what its like. I had the last one from our local Argos.

Too true on both counts, I thought most companies changed things off line 1st until they have got it right then go live with it, especially a company the size of QVC.

I have just had an email from QVC to say they are changing the format of email notifications and while this is being done they will not be able to send any emails out. Don't know any other company that do this, surely this is not good practice.

Its ok managed to get it off the bracket and put it on the patio table, just thought hope that will be alright because of the weight!!

The rain is on top of snow and ice. Just had to go out and rescue a hanging basket because the bracket had come away from the wall, no wonder it came away the basket was so heavy, the patio was lethal just managed to stay upright. Hope we don't get the snow next.
