I'm obviously in a minority here because pro strong worked for me, and was so much better than nail envy. I had stopped biting my nails and although my nails were growing they kept splitting at the top, nail envy didn't help. Then I tried the pro strong - i think it was the fluroide builder...

She comes across as though she is bored with it all. I wonder how much longer before she leaves to pursue her "other projects". I've just switched over... she sounds like she is in a race and has said "yeah yeah" about 20 times in 5 minutes... time to switch off. arrrrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhh indeed.

A great TSV ! We're always drawing attention to QVC getting TSVs wrong...well today I think they got it (almost) RIGHT and wanted to say so. P+P should have been £2.95 and as we know you shouldn't be penalised for buying two in different colours. I've sworn myself not to buy anything but...

I ordered it and sent it back as it was short of the items that was in the JBD box but almost cost the same when you added in postage. was also disappointed the lipsticks were mini mini mini and not usual small smashbox sizes. Judging by the other thread on here about resupplying returns...

I use the decleor Neroli/Hyrdra Floral and alternate with Iris/Excellence but when I got the Experience d'lage aromessence it is just too rich for my skin and made me blotchy.

Welcome Vikki, I haven't been here long myself but it seems like i've been here for years with the tips and secrets and better places to buy... This forum has saved me a fortune! (but it has also had me buying tsvs I wouldnt normally have done). Have fun.

part of me thinks the reason why so much of the news was taken up with the snow in London is because they were so pleased to have something different to report where people weren't losing their jobs or going bankrupt and they could show some happy smiley faces.

I just got the same response from Qvc and have replied and asked them what is the point of restricting their sales in these tough trading times? I also commented that if they notice that I stop buying they know why and they might as well close my account. (lets write that to them for a change!)
