The thing that annoys me the most is her "champagne glass" act..... It's unnecessary and highly annoying, and it seems to go on for longer and longer each time she does it. :confused:

Never any longer than a few hours/a day at most - and only then because I've been out of the house when it was delivered. If I'm in when it arrives, it gets opened straight away.

I once ordered two of the same item. One arrived about 5 days later, the other one took two weeks. It had been misrouted to the incorrect courier depot. I complained many times but the only thing I was offered was a claim form for undelivered goods (or whatever they call it).

Definitely agree about cats (my own!) - especially on the backs of their necks/below their ears. So comforting. We invented a word for that smell in my house: "Shaffrelly". I don't know why. It can also be applied to when cats squidge soft things (the act of "Shaffrelling") and to anything else...
