well I have noticed my arms tightening. I keep it in a corner of room and through tout the day just flex away for a minute on arms. I find it hard to do some of the exercises but I'm not to worried about them all as long as I have mastered the basics.

The first tsv I got was my normal size 6 but the last one in size 6 was to big but 5 would have been to small. I felt they were wider made than the previous tsv.I have memory foam trainers and the 6 is a snug fit.
