I haven't ever used it myself but seem to remember they soak a pad in remover, sit it on the nail and wrap each finger in tinfoil for about 10 minutes. After that it just flakes off ... apparantly. I'm not sure what type of remover it is though. Hopefully someone on here will be able to help...

I love OPI too but you're right they have tended to be quite run of the mill lately ... as opposed the Nails Inc who seem to have gone totally weird and wacky! Something in the middle of the two would suit me. Looking forward to details of the March TSV as and when.

I have tried this brand but find the Light too Light and the next one up Cinnamon to dark. There is one in between called Latte but QVC don't stock it. Don't know why that is, lots of the reviewers seem to have a problem finding quite the right shade. Have to say the brush they sell with it...

I bought the P McK hypnotic gastric band book too Petpixie but wanted to give the intermittent fasting a try first. I read the book though from cover to cover and a lot of it makes good sense. I think the Havening Technique will come in very handy so glad I got it for that alone. Good luck...
