I agree. I wonder if a lot of people have bought them to wear to Christmas dos fully intending to return them under the extended money back guarantee! I wonder what they'll do with the returns. Surely they won't be able to sell them in the outlets if they've already been worn. Or will they!!

Mine arrived this afternoon. Well packed in bubble wrap and tissue paper, and everything there. Very pleased with it..

One was a bargain on eb.. and the second is one of the most affordable that they do in silver and rose gold. And the third - well I decided earlier this year to spoil myself after a particularly hectic spell at work, and pushed the boat out further than usual. Probably won't buy another one...

I use the BM soaps in the shower every day and love them. I buy them in bulk about once every 9 months and they last and last.

I have 3 Clogau rings and I love them. Didn't buy them from QVC though. They're good value for me because I wear one of them every day. Not as keen on the necklaces/pendants. Too delicate for me whereas the rings are quite heavy and chunky.
