I use them and find that the only sharpener that works for me is the double sharpener that I got with my Sue Devitt eye intensifier pencil which is also really soft. Another really good eye pencil sharpener is the MAC one as well. Twinklette x

Yes, good point Ricky S, From what I can see on the US site it seems to be only for items which they have very limited sizes - the ring I looked at only had one size available (and maybe only one ring) so it's possible they only use this disclaimer where the item would be obvious to a customer...

When I return a faulty item when I tick the refund box I write "plus my p&p!" next to it. This seems to have worked in the past although maybe they only do it when the item is obviously faulty rather than worn - although the consequence is the same, you don't want it and they shouldn't sell it...
