I notice the other day one of the presenters said how great it was that the actifry uses a spoon of oil and how he hates cooking with loads of grease. A few days later, he had the multicooker with about 3 litres of oil in it and was saying how great it was that you could deep fry!

A freeview lite area is one where the transmitter does not transmit all the muxes and the people in that area only get a small selection of channels. I am watching channel 37 on freeview as we speak. It is best of bid with that Charlie bloke trying to flog me a 36 piece terratek tool set.

I am confused. Are you in a freeview lite area? My youview box gets the freeview channels. Only premium channels are supplied by BT over the broadband.

I received an email today from the ASA. They said they will look at the complaint and email me within ten days to let me know whether they have decided to pursue it. If they don't decide to pursue it then you have to think there is something fishy going on. What Bid did is absolutely blatant.

Good advice. I have submitted a complaint to the ASA. It really does need looking at. What a bunch of crooks. I will be getting a reply in 3-5 days apparently. I will keep this thread updated with the result. If anyone else wants to complain then please do. The more the merrier.

Best of bid are currently selling the 1KG Black Tefal Actifry for £139.99 plus P&P. The price check banner along the bottom of the screen says "Found today at Argos for £173.94 delivered." But it is a blatant, fraudulent LIE. The one for that price in argos is a completely different 1.2KG...

It would probably smell of 9 different species of erotic jasmine or something. Does look like a nice coat this but I doubt it is worth the thick end of 170 notes. I don't think I could pull it off as I am not tall enough.
