Im pretty sure All products from any retailer have to provide at least a 1 year manufacturers warranty. So maybe try Emtec it might be quicker than Qvc's cs.

There is no excuse for qvc's p+p, when every other retailer i buy from gives free p+p or low postage and free returns on orders. The mbg is no use to me tbh, i would rather have free p+p or free returns or something.
I find The problem with most customer services is that they dont know their job properly or know the stores policies as they should, they are quite often jobsworth's and i often have to request for the manager or higher to get properly dealt with, although i always stay sternly polite. Its QVC's...
