I wonder if it’ll be the coffee machine that was mentioned this morning which would make a change from all the cooking items or knives. It’s £549.95 on the QVC site at the moment which is a ridiculous price in my opinion, so I’ll stick with my Tassimo machine which I got on a deal a few years ago for the enormous sum of £29.99.
Not very likely if they are already selling it.

thats more or less the RRP of it & its been selling out in a lot of places at that so wont be the tsv

nah when i first found it on the Q website i knew it wouldnt be a tsv cause its quite a niche market & it wouldnt of sold well enough even if the price was amazing to justify it

Gale's first dish in the 9 o'clock hour was a chicken stew. (Unidentifiable chicken parts in a pinkish/orange coloured sauce.) She added some reconstituted porcini mushrooms that she had not cut into mouth size pieces and a couple of cups of uncooked rice. After about 15 minutes, she uncovered it. Voila! A glutinous mess. The woman is no chef, imo. Quantity over quality. I'm not mentioning her dry chocolate pudding that she saved by adding loads of chocolate sauce. About 20 servings, she said (if she could find 20 masochists.)

"Elevate your vegetables" - what on earth will they come up with next?
Floating carrots and peas, elevating all over your kitchen.
All those tins the BA for the Kocken Blum (sp?) contraption was opening and then the gizmo to strain the contents of the tin from the liquid. Also bottles and jars of edibles. Everything thrown out afterwards.

I'll say that the price ain't bad, most other places are doing it for £99.99 and Q are offering free postage. I'm not knocking it for the sake of it but I'm not convinced that it's any better than a large slow cooker which are cheaper to buy but even so if you don't have a slow cooker already then it's a good make at a good price so why not? Well done Q for a change!
