I'm very tempted by this. I have the speedi but it is now temperamental on speedi setting and only seems to work for around 20 minutes before getting all agitated with itself and beeping here and there and switching itself off. I think this would be a lot more useful with being able to slide things in instead of having to try and grab things from above. Maybe a(nother) Christmas present to myself.

I've already got both plus the Ninja double. I use this one more like an oven...love the front opening door for getting a whole chicken out and as there is only the two of us. Feel it's bit redundant as the convection microwave went down a couple weeks later and the new one is 42 litre capacity. Did do some fabulous brownies in it. 😀😀

Unfortunately my cupboards are already fully occupied with no evictions pending.
Your kitchen sounds like mine. Now that my Ninja Foodie is in landfill heaven, I'd love this but we have an air f(l)yer and the wing commander of the kitchen (Mr CC) doesn't appear to need anything else. I do think Ninja's need to come with a 5 year guarantee and they would sell far more.

I have a small Philips air fryer that is fine for me. The only downside is it’s too small for cooking a whole chicken in and limited accessories for it. Been using this for around 15 months now.

So took the plunge and bought a larger one in the Amazon Black Friday sale. It cost me exactly the same price (£69) as I paid for the small one, purchased in AmazonPrime day last year. Both are WiFi, neither bought for this function but both cheaper than the non WiFi ones. Small one going to my sister as she doesn’t have one.

I have a small air fryer and love it. It's an Instant vortex one. I did find some useful accessories in Robert Dyas, but I'd been looking online and all over the place first for stuff for a square basket. So many small ones seem to have a round basket!

I have two air fryers and haven’t used my oven for two years. I either batch cook in my slow cooker, I air fry or I use the hob.

I really don’t need a gadget that does 14 different things, although I have the space in my kitchen if that was the case. I also think that if it does so much then there’s more functions to go wrong on it.

Friend of mine has the Ninja 14 in one cooker. It was given to her as a present. She hates it it’s so heavy and cumbersome that she rarely uses it. All she wanted was a basic air fryer and that is all she uses it for. She doesn’t want to offend the relative that bought it for her by giving it away, selling it, or bunging it in the tip as it was so expensive.

I started experimenting with mine and one of the nicest things I do is cook eggs in it. I did dehydrate some lemons and limes and these are stored to go in a gin and tonic!
It’s good at making potato crisps and fruit crisps.

I freeze slices of lemon and lime.
I had a ninja foodie and it broke after a month. Amazon hadn't any in stock and refunded it straight away. We bought the Lakeland duo air fryer and that seems to be running out of steam now. It's about 2 years old and used nearly daily.
We've also got a Towe air fryer that is brilliant but not big enough so we just got the Tower dual turbo with a 75% deduction from Amazon.
The jury's still out as we have only had it about 3 weeks but it seems to be ok 🤞

I am just watching Julia with Gail right now and they work well together. Gail is explaining it all well without being interrupted.

I may have mentioned it previously that it’s a disaster when Gail has to co-present with Chloe - it’s too much 😀
