Cozee Home TSV 28/09/24
This is now a Silentnight TSVCozee Home TSV 28/09/24
Any details yet ??Silentnight Embossed Fleece Heated Throw
id say its because those colours naturally get more & more dirty & need to be washed more often & with the cable & that its more work than it needs to beWhy oh why do they do 2 shades of grey but no beige/taupe/natural/cream type of colour? I find this is the case with cozee home stuff a lot too. I would have got this as even at other shops this is £60 (only direct from Silentnight is it £90)
Asda has cream colour for £60 so I guess I'll just have to wait for a George deal!
I wish all these brands would stop assuming I like grey and have a grey-themed home. I don't. Like you, LV, I prefer creams and warmer colours and there must be a lot more of us out there. It's a fashion fad that will eventually fade away. Why oh why do they do 2 shades of grey but no beige/taupe/natural/cream type of colour? I find this is the case with cozee home stuff a lot too. Well I thought that too when I watched the presentation. I was debating whether to buy but the p&p for a return put me off. Also, the still photos on the website definitely look grey, and all the photos of it with different sellers on t'internet looked grey too.The charcoal one is not what I’d call charcoal it’s more a sand/taupe colour. Charcoal to me is more of a dark grey.
Exactly. Surely they sell enough Kelly Hoppen stuff to know that a lot of people like the warmer colours and want items to complement the KH items!I wish all these brands would stop assuming I like grey and have a grey-themed home. Apparently, they “caused confusion” about the colours in the launch show. Well, stop giving the colours confusing names then, QVC! If a presenter has to say “We’re calling it stone but it’s blue” or “We’re calling this blue but it’s more green”, there’s something wrong. The charcoal one is not what I’d call charcoal it’s more a sand/taupe colour. The one on the bottom right looks taupe! Omg I'm so confused...Apparently, they “caused confusion” about the colours in the launch show. Well, stop giving the colours confusing names then, QVC! They clarify in the item video on the website that the one in the middle on the left is Charcoal and the one bottom right is the Grey. Having said that, they’ve probably changed their minds since?

Well, exactly! They are inviting lots of costly returns and of course customers’ loss of any faith in purchasing again (if they ever had any). Just keep things simple, Q, you morons! Buying something for getting on for £50 is not meant to be a guessing game.Well I took a chance on the grey hoping it is as neutral/natural/taupe as it looks on the presentation! AndiK you are spot on about all the confusing and imo pretentious names they use all the time, like Ocean or Peacock or Slate instead of blue, green and grey etc!
Sorry about the verbal diarrhoea whilst I made my mind up btw! The edit button seems to disappear or I'd have edited a previous comment. I'll shut up now...
You need a cup of tea to calm down. I recommend Earl Taupe. Or better still, Earl Squirrel. They’re now saying the charcoal one is grey and the grey one is more taupe. It’d help if they were showing them in daylight instead of the dim atmospheric lighting. For goodness sake it’s not difficult giving the correct colours. They blather on about the season’s Pantone shades for fashion, why don’t they get the Pantone swatches out and see what the colours actually are.
Mind you if it was a Kelly Hoppen product it’d be beige, cool beige, dark beige, cement beige and taupe.
Tea? I had to go down the pub...You need a cup of tea to calm down. I recommend Earl Taupe. Or better still, Earl Squirrel.
