Help Support ShoppingTelly:

I use the account for online shopping and only credit it when raising an order so good luck go them if they do.

This is the second freebie I've had off them - years ago, I received an Elemis TSV and one of the products was damaged. I contacted CS and was told to just send that individual product back, which I thought odd but did so nevertheless. When I didn't receive a replacement I contacted them again, and ended up with a CS manager. She said I'd been given the wrong advice, credited me for the TSV and sent me the same kit to compensate for my inconvenience, which was then at a higher price. The original had sold out but they had it on AO, which hadn't sold out, so they had some in stock.

I can’t remember from which company, but it wasn’t QVC, I once had a similar issue. I ordered something, it didn’t turn up and they refunded me. A few days later the item arrived. I think it had gone round the U.K., if not the world. 🙄 I rang the company to let them know and they thanked me for my honesty and told me to keep it. The refunded money stayed in my account.

The item arrived at the weekend and they tried to take the money on Friday. I asked my bank to raise a dispute and they cancelled the payment. I rang QVC and they asked if I could take it to a post office or Evri collection drop and I told them that wouldn't be convenient. They said they'd send me a label and Evri will collect it next Friday. I'm still waiting for said label to arrive - they were supposedly emailing it to me...

They've emailed it to me and will collect on Friday. When they told me it would take up to 14 days for a refund I asked my bank to cancel the payment.

In my case neither the label or Evri arrived! As it was a low value item I decided to keep it. Any other company, apart from QVC, I buy from doesn’t charge for returns. As I’m practically housebound, can’t get to drop off or Post Office. Always use Royal Mail return service. , filled out form yesterday, filled in the form, booked collection (you get choice of days) and my postie collected this morning.

Jewellery, QVC will say Royal Mail will not let your return unless will to pay the Special Delivery which is over £5+. Hence, why they want Evri to collect it. Scott, my Evri courier is brilliant.

I am waiting for a bottle of perfume from Les Senteurs in London, posted 48 hours delivery Thursday it has sat at the Royal Mail London main sorting office since Friday 9. am and not moved. I have a feeling I will be phoning Les Senteur tomorrow if it has not moved. I have noticed even eBay sellers are now using Evri for delivery.

I used to have a really good Evri delivery lady but new driver very erratic. I booked a returns in early August, not for QVC, and still waiting collection! Contacted seller and advise of situation and they said I could use RM as they were n process of adding them to list of carriers for returns. RM collected, two day transit, refund 48 hours later.

I received this email earlier:

Dear Dame Fondacox

Thank you for your order for the Elizabeth Grant Torricelumn Absolute Eye Serum & Cream Duo (Order Number 1148706).

Unfortunately, due to some internal issues, there was a delay to the shipment of your order and will take a little longer than we originally told you.

I know you were talking about the hassle with this order but have you had chance to try the eye products now they have arrived, Dame F? I saw a piece earlier extolling the virtues of the serum - £35 at Debenhams, they say, but £33.95 inc P&P and with a cream as well at QVC: 251487

I’m sure it’s not as miraculously transformative as that review said but it does sound good.
