Yeah Japan made is highly rated, but so are the non-Japan assembled watches, they'll be using the same parts but just assembled in different facilities. Seiko has facilities in Japan, Malaysia, Korea and Singapore, all should to be to the same standard, although some argue that quality control is better in Japan, finishing especially the movements is also better in Japan, personally have had no issues with any Seiko watch where ever it was made. Country of origin will be on the watch dial/movement etc or you can often tell by the model code. Grand Seiko, JDM and mid range watches upwards are definately Japan made, below mid range will be a mixture of both, like our two watches, although same range, SNZF, your's is Made in Japan, mine isn't.
Seiko watches being made in China question is harder to answer, not that i know of would be my first answer, but especially with the global economy and coupled with Seiko don't provided enough info, then maybe. There may be some lower end quartz seiko's assembled in China but haven't seen one personally, as far as i'm aware Seiko watches will come from one of the above countries.
Sometimes the confusion is caused by Seiko themselves having their third party movement supplier TMI based in Hong Kong, they supply Seiko movements to third party brands like Vostok Europe, Solar Time brands, Resultco brands etc. Most of those movements were all made in either Japan & Malaysia and were marked as such, but there was a shortage a few years back and suddenly movements without country of orgin started to appear, leading to speculation that Seiko used Chinese manafacturers to fill in for the shortage.
Kodak did that during the pandemic and post pandemic, getting Super 8 cartridges made in China as demand has been increasing. Though unfortunately the quality was a problem and some people reported that the film wasn't being exposed properly but you can't find out till processing

Mason pushing the upcoming £2500 bags, telling folks to forget Joe's guess at the price, £39.99, Mason says we can't do them for that price but you're still going to like the price.

Wonder if the £2500 look a likes will be the same price as TJC sells them at, £24.99. Oh wait they're on the IW site at £24.99, so why all the we can't do them at that price and mocking Joe for suggesting such a lowly price of £39.99.

I don't know but it's the bag everyone wants - and I mean everyone!
Quick, get to the phones. 100 went in 90 seconds!

Not me, this is the bag i use, got a few years ago, think it was about 30/40p, still going strong.

You must have collapsed in shock when you saw the price. Did Asda give you it on four flexis?
Not only is it a bag, not only is it green, not only does it hold things, it has handles and a big bottom - ooh errr!

The bags are vile, and look nothing like the designer one he compared it with. They just look like beach bags to me.
Just checked on YouTube, you're right, they're awful. He's twice said "they're lovely aren't they" but he genuinely didn't sound convinced himself! One colour he described as being "very countrified" whatever that means. No good for me as I live in London🤣
