Is there any way?

Is there any way to go back further than a year on your order status pages does anyone know, please? I’m trying to trace something I ordered , think it was earlier last year that’s not showing?

I tried to find an old order details from 2022 last year but only had about 6 months worth of orders showing. I now keep a copy of my order confirmation on my pc. Not that I buy much these days

I usually end up searching my emails to find my confirmation and then searching the item number to see if it still exists

Not vital, just frustrating . Just I bought a top which surprisinglyI really liked as I never buy clothes from them, & never wore it yet & now I can’t find it.

SCW is right, you have to phone customer services but they are quite good at sending it to you. I asked for a copy of an order from way back as I needed it as proof of purchase for my insurance company and there wasn't a problem. They offered to post it to me and seemed astounded when I asked if they could just scan it and email it! They did though - once I'd explained to them how to do it

I had a list of ALL my purchases, it was frightening !!!!

I ordered a bomber type jacket years ago and wanted another one the same. I couldn’t find the item number and so rang CS. They offered to send me a copy of all my orders and a few days later a large package dropped through the letterbox filled with loads of A4 sheets displaying all my orders. If I asked for one now the package would be much smaller.

I did order a second jacket, as it was on a deal, when I eventually found the item number in the copy of War and Peace that they’d sent me.

I have orders dating back to 2021 in my order status pages, but the orders are jumbled up so not in true date order !
