I have also taken note that QVC are doing link through with the Daily Mail on TSV’s. That is also new.

I don’t think these Brand Ambassador’s are necessarily the answer either. Yes they help but I would rather have an actual employee or even the owner - like Gatineau and Sunday Riley. Not someone they have conjured up.

I sent something back last week and I got my refund five days later. The refunds are coming through way quicker now - so that’s a good change.

I am not sure what the answer is but it’s a tired and dated format that needs reinvigorating and by that I don’t mean stupid giggly QVC presenters telling inane jokes or blasting on about their personal life!
