I have been told by a reliable source that Will Growing has been working behind the scenes at QVC for a long time. I also quite like Will, in fact he could present shows on his own IMO.

Perhaps Will produces most of the QVC videos and is given some airtime as a perk? He does seem superfluous to requirements. He must know someone important in QVC.
