Why is presenter Natalia so shiny?

Watched this morning & think she is getting worse saying " let me give you a beauty tip " why can't she look to left always right here's a beauty tip from me DON'T have fillers in your face she's the result !!!! .

I think she is knowledgeable. She is also very helpful at explaining what a device can do. When she isn't super excited when Richard guests her calm presentation is welcomed. I don't like screeching presentations so am hoping she doesn't change. Now they are offering more devices and beauty it can be harder to remain neutral. Personally I do think she has had work, I could be wrong. I think it is a shame if she has as she is very attractive. She is also very committed to her role and I personally believe her when she says she loves what she is now doing.
