oh sorry faerie that you are still having problems I've been told also that they can't always 'see' web orders for up to 48 hours can't understand that though:33: (must say after 48hours one of my orders did appear on there systems and did get the product another order didn't appear so it's very hit and miss) they are not making it an easy buying experience are they!
please let us know how you get on fingers crossed it's all ok:1:

I GOT THE E-MAIL. sorry for shouting, was sooo excited, getting the delivery mail .... couldnt believe it!!!
the ring came today too .. its beautiful

just wish I could order something without a glitch .... always seems to take the sparkle away a wee bit
