DD and I just caught the Lunchtime show and my how Ms Woolfe has changed since the photo was taken for her book cover. If they mentioned some legitimate reason for the change then I'll be the first to apologise; I don't want to bitch about folk's appearance if it's beyond their control, but her appearance is so different. Erm....I think for the sake of clarity, integrity and credibility, some explanation is required - as you say, I really do not want to cast aspersions (I'm hardly one to talk) but if I was thinking about this to purchase, I'd be dubious right now
 
Oh my goodness! I would never have known they were the same person.

Was CH ever really a size 16?
 
We wondered this but the side view of her sitting down didn't seem more than a food baby (I speak from experience!), the clip might show in the Lunch show on the website. I was trying not to mention the P word...Alison Young has had a dozen phantom pregnancies since this site started :mysmilie_11:

If she were pregnant they could have mentioned it, with the usual "glowing" cliches.

Back on the program Woolfie, once the selection boxes are empty ofcourse!
 
WOW!!! The extra weight actually seems to be on her upper body, shoulders, bust, neck and face. These healthy eating celeb trainers usually never seem to get heavy when pregnant anyway, just the neat baby bump.
 
The shops are full of books and DVD`s gathering dust from so called celeb dieters and keep fit experts. They lose the weight, bring out the books etc , flog a few and then 2 years down the line they`re back to their original size or bigger.
That lass off celebrity jungle ( Scarlett somebody ) is the latest to bring out a DVD and she`ll join the ranks of many more before her.
 
I agree MM there's something not quite right about how she looks; if we saw her every week maybe we'd hardly notice the change but the photos on the book cover are so different to the way she looks today. I hope I haven't put the boot in if she's poorly in any way.

Really don't want to go down the speculation route, but it's the kind of localised (seeming) weight gain you get with steroids - I do hope she's not ill :(
 
I immediately thought she looked incredibly bloated in her face but then did wonder if she was pregnant as she had a heck of a lot of weight/bulk around her middle. Then on a closer look her arms looked massive too! I do believe they would have mentioned her pregnancy if this is the case.
 
Not a good advert for her programme. Doesn't have any credibility when she's talking about keeping the weight off. She'd surely have mentioned if there was some "special" reason.
 
Perhaps Christianne should let her sister Marie Francoise sell her book, she looks more the part...not an ounce of fat on her.
Most of us know that the only way to lose weight is to eat less.lol
 
How annoying is MF in the Big Brother pre show promo for the Bingo advert. I doubt she 'works' for Kipling just an actress picked as the face for Q.
 
I wonder if she actually designs the special bags she does ...we are not shown her in the process ...it would be nice to see that ...just a quick clip of her talking about her design to the makers of kipling etc ....yes she is just the pretty face I suspect ...but that is the way of sales these days anyway ..

Oh I've got to agree, she comes across as some air head, all giggly, childish and pink. I know she's an actress but I can't see her getting bookings on the back of those promos, I think it'll more likely work against her.

I have seen MF doing ads for Centrum or Well Woman, and she's not the only one you can see on TV ads away from QVC.

I think she is an able brand ambassador and I particularly appreciate that she focuses solely on Kipling.

I expect her design was a description of what she wanted made reality by actual designers behind the scenes... Truthfully that would be acceptable to me.

Loads of the models crop up for umpteen different products, if you have a good memory for faces. The guest for revitalash was doing ads for Park Christmas hampers. They have bills to pay same as the rest of us. Unless they are QVC staff, or direct employees of the brands they represent, they won't make a livelihood from their hours of work at QVC.
 
Well call me a cynic ...I don't mean anything nasty against Marie...she a really lovley girl but it is the way of the world imho ...sex sells as they say .....good luck to her ...she's young and should make the most of it all ....image is everything these days ...plastic surgery companies are booming it would seem
