Where have all the QVC videos gone?

I recently bought some Eyeko mascara and didn't realise it came with a pluck(?)
I went online to find out how to use this thing but can't find a video anywhere.
Out of interest I randomly checked 6 other items and none had a video attached.
I remember a time when you could view videos for most things, or at least hope to catch
up by watching a daily collection of videos. Am I missing something or have QVC withdrawn this service?

no its still there but you have to rummage to find them as it seems to happen a lot when items are special prices and that the special price has ran out

As I said in another thread, it's the worst website I have to use.

By trial and error, and on my PC, if I click on the photo, it all greys out and a photo and a video tab appear.

If I click on the video tab, I often get the video.

Absolutely ridiculous website!!!

Unless you do this, it appears that there are no videos at all.
