What is R&C's Fulfillment Centre?

On Rocks & Co's website under About Us it states:
'Rocks & Co. have a purpose built all in one Studio, Fulfillment Centre and Call Centre based in the Midlands.'

Does anyone know what they mean by 'Fulfillment Centre' please?

Many thanks for your reply. They say you learn something knew everyday and today, thanks to your help, I've learnt what a Fulfillment Centre is. It sounded as though it was going to be something much more exciting than it really is! I still have so much to learn it seems.

Well their Customer Service certainly can't be described as a "fulfilling" experience.

I do wish that companies would stop trying to use Americanisms and stick to what people know and understand.
