I had to telephone IW customer Services this morning about a non delivery. CS took a bit too long to answer the call but the customer services representative I spoke to was excellent, helpful and informative. She told me that there was a delay at the suppliers end and gave me their direct number. I called the supplier and they explained the situation and I am quite satisfied with what I have been told. Oh, I almost forgot to say that CS are now based in the UK!
