I’m currently trying to order something via the website and it won’t let me. Also QCut says the item number isn’t correct and I’ve been on hold fto CS for 12mins so far. Have I missed something?

Ali Young is saying everything is down other than Q cut.
She’s added LG beauty pick of the month caused the web site crash.
Think it was more like the end of the new presenters hour with over load of email complaints
