The ubisurfer is I am afraid a pile of cack. I ordered one some months ago, it worked for about an hour then froze, sent it back.
With the 2 years unlimited use I tried again, this time not a peep out of it, tried the datawind help-line ( in Canada I believe) they said send it back for a replacement, I said not on your nelly I will want my money back.
Telephoned the useless IW customer service in India, they refused to have it collected as "it is a delicate piece of electrical equipment" even though the home delivery network delivered it in the first place.
I made two very damning reviews on the IW website, neither of them shown.
Pillocks the whole lot of them.
