Pump update

Hi,
I phoned CS today to ask where my replacement pumps had got to and a very pleasant CS lady contacted the product info team on my behalf. She was clearly embarrassed to tell me that Ojon had tested the pumps and they were the right ones - you have to ram them on really hard and then they fit, but QVC had not bothered to contact the many customers who had been promised new pumps or to advise them to apply brute force to the pump to make it fit.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and so cannot apply the necessary force, but my husband managed to make the pumps fit, but it was a real struggle.
It is just not good enough to have to force the pumps on like this and it would be very easy to break the pump in so doing.
I will think twice in future about the large sizes of shampoo and conditioner and I am disappointed at the response and lack of customer care shown by QVC in this instance.
