Perhaps it’s old stock (eg 2017 model) that Acer have off-loaded at a good price.
Or a cheapo cobbled together ‘exclusively’ for QVC (from left over 2017 components).

I am a pc expert at work, and Acer has let itself down by producing this low end, low calibration machine, which has so many negatives, even the tsv price is twice it’s worth.
Put aside the fact that HDD is slower, less effective, less efficient, the processor will not even cope with the most undemanding tasks, before the degradation in speed and quality, becomes apparent. This processor is equable to an intel celeron, second from the bottom after the intel atom.
£250 will pay two thirds of the cost of a pentium gold, ssd laptop, with an acceptable 4gb RAM.
I don’t watch QVC but, I can imagine the guest extolling the numerous virtues of this ever such great vfm machine, telling the viewer how pleased they will be with it's magnificently impressive performance.
Save your money and buy from us, or any other computer dealer, where we can advise you on the most suitable machine for your needs.
Trust me, this is nothing more than a social machine.
