I bet IW hadn't paid them and that's why they hadn't sent them out
I think that may have been exactly what happened Lottie, in any case the customer should be informed by letter, to be told if there is to be a delay. They dont seem to have a problem sending out letters to confirm the dates when they are going to take money out of your account for the flexipay.
