ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why on earth do people call in to win the competition when they have absolutely NO CLUE what the answer is....... today's caller was the worse I have ever heard. When asked what the answer was she kept saying ' erm, erm, erm, erm' - and Anna had to keep saying to her ' it is a word'! and still she kept saying 'erm, erm, then said ' erm, Elemis'.......... OMG, what is wrong with these people. Don't enter if you haven't even got an answer ready. I try every morning to get through, but have never been lucky enough to have been called back. OK, rant over lol....
