That sounds like a reasonable sweetener, given the "system error" and general misinformation.
Received from QVC. I have responded with the suggestion they waive the P&P
I am sorry for any confusion caused, we have experienced a problem with our
auto delivery plan however, you will be receiving the 4th and final drop of
the plan, which will now ship out week commencing 23/06/2014. We will be
placing a new order for this item (which will show on your account as a new
order number) and we’ll be placing this order using the same credit/debit
card they used against their Auto Delivery order.
We will contact you before the order is placed, over the next coming days.

Me too. I thought the bags were naff. The products were good but there's only so much oxygenating night cream a girl needs! Was good for the bliss capsules tho!
