Has anyone used (or know anyone that has used), the 'absolutely brilliant value added' (or rip off, depending on your take of things).

I was just wondering as Q are forever going on about taking £200 (or so), of the price and that is where the value is added.

you can get free tuition from apple there is a large shop near me. i can book and have one to one. also they will help over the phone
