If only that were true, there probably wouldn't be as many returned items sent out to customers as new. Here's a little tip for anyone who's interested though, if you want to know upcoming OTOs or TSVs, just go to QVCs home page and don't type anything in the search box, just press the little magnifying glass and they'll come up for you.
