Evening all - I am after a bit of advice. I bought a 1ct pave set blue diamond ring back in October last year. I sent it to Regency to get re-sized and have worn it about 4 times since then. This morning a stone fell out, so I phoned Rocks and was told that the warranty had now passed to Regency. So I phoned them and was told that the warranty was only 3 months (rather than the Rocks 6 months). Whilst I was on the phone to them another stone fell out! They advised me to send it back to them to get mended but I am going to have to pay for it (which I'm not happy about as I think it is shoddy workmanship). Have emailed Rocks again this evening, but was wondering has anyone else had similar problems with Regency?
