Stone fallen out

Just to have a moan I put one of the Alexandrite Milano charms on my sweetie bracelet 2 days ago. Just looked down and a stone is missing. Sadly I bought the charm way before Xmas, but it stayed in its little bag until Sunday evening. I know they are not exactly expensive, but I really do think it should last longer than 2 wears!

I believe their jewellery is guaranteed for at least 3 months, it may even be 6 months. I'd definitely be inclined to contact Rocks' Customer Service, I'm sure they will sort it out.
