Dawn is selling up in Lancaster ( i think thats where she lives atm) and moving to Peterborough where IW/CC is based so looks like shes deffo staying there and not back to QVC.

She said the other day that the craftshop is still open at the weekends and she is hoping to get back for at least one more opening before it finally closes.It is open today.(Accrington) She also thanked the people she saw the other weekend who had brought bouquets etc for her.
As long as they don't bring Dawn Bibby back!

Up untill yesterday, it was ironic that for the first time since she joined QVc she was actually getting some attention, in fact in the promos for last nights 'anything goes' Weightman was given star top name billing. I was curious as to whether she would appear, maybe for the last time, but she wasnt on the show and there was no mention of her. I bet qvc dont even mention at all that Steph is leaving or left, treating us all like fools.

I thought that promo said that she had been on last week then followed on with who was on this week.
To be honest I think QVC have handled this very nicely.
In Q-Gossip there is a small mention 'We're sorry to let you know that Stephanie Weightman has decided to leave QVC. We'd just like to thank her for her contribution to our craft shows and will let you know when our next shows are scheduled as soon as possible'.
Its good they have made a mention of it and now craft can move forward again not like when Dawn left and there was no mention at all.

I too wonder about her notice. She was on a week last Saturday, smiling and lolling about in the green room ,even coseying up to presenters and other guests coming in for an easiyo Baileys. She muct have felt so embarassed knwoing she was about to do a moonlight! Think least they could do is give a mention, on air, maybe the next Craft item, about Stephs departure, of course they wont mention where she is going, but they could say she has left on air, some craft shoppers dont have the web, like my gran for instance, after all she was the craft specialist on qvc for last year at least

It needs a severe re-evaluation London, and better prices and US guests. Bring back DCWV, love their stuff. Unless C&C have pushed them out of the market, wouldn't be surprised. I have just built new shelving in my craft room, quite chuffed with my little hideaway! :mysmilie_8::mysmilie_866::mysmilie_850:
