Does anybody else know what I mean when I quote "and you come to the end of your lollipop and your heart goes plop!"? This might date me a bit I must be very sad to be rushing to the postman every morning hoping to see the bracelet that I ordered a week ago only to be disappointed every day. I finally got around to checking my account on the QVC website to discover that it had only been despatched yesterday. And as it's going 2nd class mail, I'll have to wait, what, another week? I'm fed up with Smarmy Charlie telling us all that we'll have it within three days. Mm, maybe we will Charlie but only after it's taken a week to get out of the warehouse. When it turns up I'll probably find out that it's one that someone else sent back. I do wish the lollipop could be real with QVC. I'm fed up listening to their empty promises. I could have ordered a shelf of books from Amazon for free and and them here by now.
I have to wonder if the same would apply had I purchased the £3,500 ring that I saw on air yesterday?!
