Online contact customer service not working (for me)

The emails have been responded to within 24 hrs and refund for items in my account on the same day (!) They’ve refunded more than I paid (by a £1) - they’ve requested I return the items by pre paid label and did refer to me as Peter (that’s not my name lol) but generally impressed with the speed of response and of course refund
