Rubbish Delivery System!!

I'm also awaiting a delivery of items ordered on 10th July, received email stating delivery would be 5-6 working days. Received another email dated 17th July stating 'your order has been shipped' needless to say I haven't received the items even though it is now 7working days. Goodness knows how long I'll have to wait - most frustrating. :angry:

I also placed an order on 10th July. As it was my first purchase with TJC I was a bit miffed at the time delivery was taking. I phone yesterday and spoke to a very helpful lady who told me that because it was a clearance day the computers had ' a glich' and that it was like grounhog day in the call centre with so many people enquiring about their orders.. However she told me my order was with my courier (a neighbour) and I have recieved two texts this morning saying my order will be here this afternoon. As its my first order I hope the wait will be worth while. She also said most items arrive within a couple of days
