Yes and if you then try and cancel l always get told order already in process, then takes 2 days more before despatched!!!!

I'm always able to cancel for an hour or so after I place the order.

I always cancel straight away if I need to, can also call CS so they are able to do it.

me too, on the page it gives you the delivery options, it either says standard royal mail or standard hermes... at least it does for me

I have tried to cancel not long after ordering and CS said once order placed it can't be cancelled. Suppose it all depends on who you speak to. Only bought 2 things from them last year. Much prefer to go to the DHS.

A customer shouldn't have to go through all that faff just to order/cancel an order. Not a bit wonder we have stopped ordering anything new, it is like going into the great unknown, will it be delivered, how long will it take to arrive, will it be even remotely like the presentation etc etc. Sorry, can't be ***ed.
