Has anyone tried these? The BA is a bit cagey about what it's supposed to do for you. Jill Frank's is being totally greedy, sucking up as many pouches as she can.

Collagen it seems in its best form is from animal sources i.e meat.eggs etc. Being carnivores our bodies are constructed to absorb and utilise meat and animal protein

Seems it is fish collagen used in the beauty type ranges. But they never mention which fish? Salmon is the highest it seems.
