Remember the days when watching was fun? :sun:
You could hardly wait till the show had begun
Used to watch for hours and hours
Always something to buy at QVC Towers
No driving to town with nowhere to park
Wasting petrol, getting home after dark
Trips to the Post Office I didn’t mind
They were fewer in those days, it wasn't a bind
There used to be goodies that if you were slow
Even Qcut was too late, the voice saying no :sad:
But if you were lucky, this was the twist
You could still have a chance by selecting Waitlist :happy:
Sometimes you bought more than once in a show
But goodness that seems such a long time ago
Now the same old products giving us strife
What happened to variety?, the spice of life
Kim and Co, Basso and Yankee Candles
Why so much with a stateside handle?
Follies by Kirk, Renee with Attitude
Nina Leonard, Oh God what a dude!
Shouldn't we be offered more homemade goods?
To help this country out of the woods
Something to tempt us at a reasonable price
Something of quality that looks really nice
Prices have run away stopping a spree :sweat:
Especially when you add on all the P&P
Presenters annoy us it's hard not to rant :headbang:
Not really their fault, just not much we want
It's the same on all channels, it's so hard to care
TJC and Gems – what's going there?
But I'll still get tempted from time to time
Especially following the odd glass of wine!! :glass:
