Hello,

Just wondering whether anyone has had any experience of both of the above pies and if anyone could recommend one over the other, Q reviews are all well and good but I want some real and honest feedback (still not sure whether they are actually 'screened'), any thoughts would be gratefully received!

the real pie company pies that I had were beyond rubbish specially for the price paid. its put me off buying for from QVC tbh

I know its a faff but when I have the time I make my own pasties and pies. make my all butter rough puff/ flaky pasty. make my meat fillings. keep them in the fridge and assemble and bake them as and when I need!

I twice ordered pies from the Real Pie Company and they did not arrive so never actually got to taste them. They do seem pricey.

Sounds like we know where we'd like to source our pies from, Boffy! :mysmilie_5::mysmilie_467:

I saw some of the Wilfs presentation (Dale must be done to death seeing another silver-haired male on QVC). The pies looked ok until he cut into one. It just collapsed, and a gooey, gloopy gravy oozed out. There did appear to be some meat in them, but it was swamped by the gravy. I didn't listen to any of the blurb - I can't stomach any of the nonsense they spout these days.
