Apparently the Heritor watches have been couriered in direct from Heathrow.
Presumably in briefcases handcuffed to security guards wrists. Inside armoured vans with an army escort of armoured cars and motorcycle outriders.

He looks a right Pratt. Hope the things earthed. If not it could short circuit with that belt buckle. Even with my disabilities and mobility problems I could walk faster than that.

So according to Janice doing exercise will make you feel great.

7,000 steps yesterday, yet I felt no different to a day with less.

Don't want to put off anyone off exercise but you need to do it enough to mildly raise your heart rate and basically start to raise a sweat.
Going at the speed he was going will unfortunately probably do nothing or very little.
Walking is good exercise but unfortunately for me it takes too long to cover say 1.5 miles to the shop and then back to be practical.

I posted comment about Torchy on the treadmill at 10.36pm. Went and watched something else and when I tuned back into IW at 11.55pm, he’s still on the flipping thing. Has he been crawling along n the thing for an hour and a half?
