Wonder if the knowledgable forum members who know a thing or two about quality watches (not the tat that IW sell) could tell me some good options for a present for my hubby. Me and my kids are going to club together and want to get him a decent watch for his birthday. It’s a few months away but want to start looking now. My budget is around £500. Have been looking at Tissot but any recommendations would be very much appreciated
Not really sure, he only owns 2 watches and he bought those years ago from Price Drop TV (That’s so embarrassing). Duke of Cheese recommended Citizen Eco drive and I like the look of this one. Think he soul like more on the sporty side, chronograph. What type/style of watches does he like, dress, diver, field etc. Auto or quartz. Does he like large sized watches or smaller?
Tissot make good watches, as do most of the Swatch group brands do at that price range. But there are so many different good brands out there, Citizen as has already been mentioned, Seiko, Orient, whole host of established Swiss, Germany brands plus many microbrands.
Because he has gone over to the Dark SideAnother first in the world to see.
