I typed a longish email to Alex yesterday evening on this thread, but then thought what's the point and deleted it, I will just look like a moaning old fart and they won't take a blind bit of notice anyway.

Mason will keep doing his silly dancing and be convinced he is bringing the Crown Jewels to air, Simon will still rip off Larry Grayson/Bruce Forsyths catch phrases and keep reeling out you must insure this, best ive ever brought to air etc etc etc. Volebrek will still get giddy over hoovering up cereal and seeds. Morgan will continue to assure that he never lies to you.

The price comparisons will remain firmly entrenched in fantasy land with no real relevance to the actual product.

The channels deep routed problems on the sales side won't be fixed by Alex Knowles.

I hope you have a lovely time as well, I'm sure you will. Ours is a very quick trip, less than 24 hours in London. Normally we would go to Liberty's Christmas shop, but to be honest my tree is groaning now, don't think there is any more spare spaces.
