I thought they might be on older version but they look identical to the ones on John Lewis and the Dyson website??

Eh, I wouldn't get carried away.

Firstly, IW won't have gotten them from Dyson, that's for sure. Best case is they got hold of unopened clearance stock from a retailer, worst case it's a retailer's customer return stock that was offloaded via the same clearance stock merchants they source mos of their "branded" stock from (and by "branded" I mean real brands, not in-house TJC ones, or pretend-y brands like AYGDH and XIFTE from Temu).

But you're right that Ideal World is selling an old version, the Zone — but which version?

The IW website listing title says it's the Zone Absolute, which is the model with a built-in air purifier.

Yet the images and the description on the Ideal World website only refer to the standard Zone model (without the air purifier). Given that the price difference between the two models originally was ~£250 (I think) that changes whether the £399 IW is charging for a pair is a good deal or not – if it's the model with the purifier, not bad - assuming you care about purifying air as you listen to Bucks Fizz (the 1996 version with Sally Jaxx, right?).

But if IW is charging £399 for the standard Zone model… not so hot since you can pick those up for around £299 elsewhere… and…

The Dyson OnTrac is the newest model, and it costs …£399 from John Lewis, Curry's etc. It has a longer battery life, better noise-cancelling, other upgrades, and a much better look than the Zone (which resembles a cross between a late 1990s public urinal and BT phone box to my eyes).

Me too, I'm on to my second pair
I bought cheap in ear ones from Amazon, J-Lab, were about £22. Brilliant, had them about 2 years, good while commuting and on holiday lazing by the pool. A single charge lasts a long time. The sound quality is brilliant but I'm no expert as I only I only hear sound, I don't feel sound!

Dyson headphones? Wow…Like aspiring to own a Technics vacuum cleaner or a Linn hairdryer..Dyson make vacuum cleaners for me. That’s their specialism in my head…Not sound equipment. I am not really a headphones user. I like to share my music with all my neighbours. You feel musically philanthropic when you hear them banging along in time to Ballroom Blitz etc..That said…I did buy a pair of Soundcore noise cancelling headphones from Amazon a year or two back. Paid around £60. Great sound and long battery life. I simply couldn’t bring myself to spend £399 or more on a pair of headphones. On external speakers, yes. I have some Mission ones costing similar, but not on speakers to fit around all of my ears…

That new Simon Peters Ghostly Promo is giving me nightmares…

Oh my God. iPhone 2s

He’s been waiting 14 months (picks first date that comes to mind) for the collagen of the year. I must say, if I look like him after a number of procedures and drinking gallons of collagen, I’ll be making a serious consideration to go to the Small Claims Court and ask for all my monies back.

And wonderful news just revealed… A prize to visit, yes visit, Ideal World… I hope the lucky winner asks to see where all the special text messages are composed?? Second prize - two visits. 20 of us need to go in for it…

20 lucky winners! Do you reckon the losers get two visits to the studio😂. It doesn't specify if we get to meet Pedro wearing his crusty blue shorts. Or whether he would sell us his autograph (times are hard...)

Can you imagine if 20 of us on here won. Wot fun we would have...😋
It's not got quite the same appeal as the Universal Studio Tour.

Jeez can you imagine, any of the presenters who the 'winners' get to meet will be acting like A list celebs.

Seriously though, he's definitely promoting himself, making himself center of attention by standing in the middle of the set way in front of Alex, Alex is getting left at the back corner like he's an extra, while Janice is about as close to the camera you can get.
I caught a couple of mins of it on the YT feed, Alex looked to me as though he was getting a bit frustrated with the whole thing. No wonder.

It reminds me of a seedy looking, soaking wet looking old bloke, at a weekend car boot sale, standing grimly behind a foldaway table, still covered in tat at midday.

Charley? Charley?? Are people multi buying these packs of Betamax cleaning tapes??? You joking, Master?? Charley says people are multi buying in huge numbers!!!!
