How good is their tracking of orders and pre order delivery, should be dispatched on 11/11 but only partial order sent? should i worry about getting all the order before i go on holiday on the 19/11? The ping pong emails is a little off putting and they are trying to be helpful but don't seem to understand what i am saying. I won't be ordering again, dam the MB offers

I think they use Evri, so it could take a few days, or a few weeks. Fingers crossed your order will arrive early.
