He can't be bothered getting the big Christmas tree out of the garage, and he thinks the mice have eaten it! Getting out old baubles are a chore says Pedro. That's the bit I love, all the happy memories, some of my late parents decorations. Miserable old Scrooge.

The truth is he probably does have a huge Christmas tree, has turned his garage into a retail shopping centre, and he loves to trim up Our Bet in the very worst way…Or Our Josh….

Already got a little battery operated LCD Christmas Tree turned on this morning, a little table top thing. Have already made my Dad check the lights on the window, we’ve literally had them up for about three years, but just don’t turn them on. Mum and Dad have already preordered meat and stuff.

Can’t do Christmas in any enjoyable form since my wife died. I go through the motions to please my partner, and go along with it all, but sadly, I cannot wait for it to be over, as I just think of my wife during the 12 Days, and how she loved that particular time and celebration.

I will be around Christmas afternoon onwards

We have two living rooms, I have my own TV, as Mum and Dad can’t stand the trash I watch, which is normally Sport or IW

As long as I spend Xmas Morning with them I escape, I’d be the poor person, who lived with one heater, so I’d be in a room myself without heating

And he went to a top surgeon Skint my Arse

I was the Science Technician so spent most of the time there, but also had to help out with AVA/IT/Reprographics stuff as well, we had someone who recorded the TV programs on Video, but they didn't do a very good job. Spent a long time transferring all the V2000 tapes to VHS and then to DVD (thousands of programs over the whole school), in the end used to do the recording, editing and burning to DVD at home, much easier.
And yeah we had to shove TVs on trolleys about, in the early days there was only a few TVs but eventually every dept had their own TVs, but then we installed projectors in every classroom so TVs ended going for recycling.

I still have a working V2000 machine - of a fashion…

I don’t think Mr. Skintmyarse did a very good job. Then again you can only do your best with what is lying beneath you, as the actress said to the cartographer. Also, the patient concerned could probably lie better standing up.
