When i was on shift during covid -
I sat with those who were dying and couldn’t have their family with them.
The whole party gate thing is unforgivable, and showed how much people were valued by the so called elite. 😢
This was my late wife, Jackie. She was the matron of A&E at the QMC in Nottingham when this was taken in around 2004. She was a fantastic nurse from the age of 19, right up until her death at 57. She died where she started. I couldn’t see her until the very end because of Covid restrictions on hospital visitors. Whilst some Government ministers were partying. How do they expect people like me to feel?

They have no concept of decency. And I don't think they appreciate how badly we view them. They just didn't think they had done anything wrong.

Crashed the system so no graphics, yeah right - more like a bad update from Microsoft. Go to the web they say.

Fish Lipped Gargoyle, Would I Lie and guest Richard from MIE.

Quite funny, Janice talking about people considering getting lip fillers and MIE 3D Lip Plumping being an alternative with FLG sat opposite.

"Instant Effects" . Has he rebranded his company ... again?!

I bought one years ago, can't remember where from. Changed its battery a couple of times, works perfectly well. Maybe there's a world shortage and they're being responsible🤭
But how do you test the battery for the battery tester? 😜
So,Ideal World will only sell us 2 battery testers. Why do I need 2?
One for each battery🤣

2 for a tenner plus p&p…

I do have one. Very useful to be fair…£2-£3 each elsewhere to be fair again😉
One battery tester to test the battery for e 2nd battery tester?! 😋

I said exactly this to Tom when sitting beside him between scenes on Mission Impossible III.

Oh, I mean Cruise, for those on here who don't know him personally.

Anyways must dash, got myself a gig managing Billy's upcoming tour, so lots of planning!!!

Oh, I mean Joel, for those on here who don't know him personally.
Reminds me of those types of people who live off past deeds & glories.
I remember a music teacher who had played keyboards on a Survivor tour of Canada in his youth and as part of a band. Boy did we know it, and despite being a music teacher in a school (think Greg Davies as Dan in Man Down) still thought he was in a band and "in the industry" with links to music companies.

MM is similar. Did sparky training, then got into entertainment, holiday camps, cruise ships, panto/stage, tv gigs, (remember those late night quiz slots in ITV with impossible to get answers for pricey competition entry fees?) etc.

@Duke of Cheese remember a lot of these entertainment and other jobs can be in parallel with ent gigs in parallel with other jobs. So a few years as a trainee sparks, then gigs in camps, ships, tv, along with other work jobs in parallel or in spare time between gigs. 'Easy' to fit into 35 odd years.
