Just trying to work out his career time span…Assume he is early 50s, so you would imagine he’s been in paid work for around 35 years. He says he’s worked in shopping television for 25 years plus. That leaves about ten years for the following- lifeguard…feeler of music…fragrance sniffer…electrician, lead singer in a touring band, holiday camp entertainer, lumberjack, roadie, sound engineer for famous names…his non-shopping television career…and so on…That’s a lot of jobs in a very short time period…

Well he did his apprenticeship (3-4 years) and worked with the local council as a qualified sparky, so would imagine that would probably have taken up at least 4/5 years of his working life.

Shopping TV host from late 20s, then? And all the other jobs after electrical work in the space of about five years, say? Being a sound engineer good enough to work with well-known musicians is something that you would assume also has a qualification and building up experience time period. So perhaps Feeler of Music wasn’t an actual job - more a gift from God than a salaried role? And tree fella just a hobby? Or was he just two fellas?

Probably in the studio to change a fuse in a plug. ;)

Maybe he is beyond retirement age, but looks younger due to Opatra, collagen, gummies, CBD, running machines, vibration plates, Bench clothing, Dunlop shavers and don't forget magical Emu balm.......

What else did he used to swear by - rattan furniture sets for £699.99, with rottan furniture expert, Peter van Innardsargonne.

Here we go...Peter van Minkynotminkeebhatsalter, the ironing board expert. I can just see him being instructed to iron 'Herself's' linen extra larges on a low gas...Doing a no chemistry or rapport session with the nodding dog, empty grinning YTS placement. Telling us more BS that good old British company Salter has been trading since 1760. He implies by the very nature of that statement that it is the same company as it was. Well no...not after many subsequent ownership changes and with production moved to China. Funny enough, he failed to add that bit. I mean... Why let the truth get in the way??

Food is cooked to order you get knives and forks and those tomatoes shaped sauce bottles and the lady washes them out before refilling them tables are spotless
A proper brew not gnats pee
I used to like the odd McDonald’s on a Friday night
But in most places they don’t cook them on the griddle anymore they are thin and tasteless they are precooked and frozen and reheated 🤢
My neighbours son worked there for years evenings and weekends when they were thicker burgers cooked to order
And his son did work there but said it like a sweat shop
Rushing to serve rushing to get the deliveries done
No way of keeping it hot
Order comes in take out ready toasted frozen bun and frozen precooked burger
Stick on reheat with frozen onions “ping”
add sauce stick in box and to server
Who is already doing order 55 for collection while someone else is doing delivery order you are order 66😀
You open Box to find soggy bun cold burger and chips
You go to complain see the queue
and promptly drop in the bin on they way out 😁

You could add "watch demonstrator in pubs", but maybe that was just a hobby🤣

Trying to work out if I have ever seen RoofGuardian demonstrated before, as P Volumizer said they've used the same cardboard box to demo it for last twelve years.

I def remember a dfferently named product being demo'd'

ahh here we are roofix from Flag Paints - https://www.facebook.com/idealworld...plication-of-roofix-its-on/10160042649260562/

Edit - Tried googling roofguardian and seem unable to find anywhere that sells it, apart from IW.

What was the other cooks name, Jack was it? Think he's said he went to Peterborough catering college.....

Jack Williams.

I remember when McD had a buy one get one free on Big Macs. They ran out of buns as their head office buyers forgot to tell the bun makers about the promotion. Massive Queues outside our local McD then they closed about 4 hours early.
